Monday and Wednesday Mornings 8:30-9:30am
Classes start TUESDAY JUNE 9th and Wednesday June 10th, then will be mondays and wednesdays. last session ends June 22nd. There is no 1 day option for this in order to develop proper techniques.
Ages 8-14
$200 for 14 sessions
This class will be building on the fundamentals and working on chain wrestling, expanding techniques, and wrestling out of situations. It is required to have at least 3 years of wrestling experience for this session as this group is geared to competing at weekend tournaments as well as Freestyle State!
