Mondays 5:15-6:15pm
Wednesdays 6:15-7:30pm
Sessions start Monday June 1st and run until July 22nd

$260 for 16 sessions
Emphasis on the Essentials. Good for beginners to Advanced. The goal here is to teach and fine tune the basics along with introducing wrestlers to techniques they may not get to spend too much time on in the season. Stance, motion, head position, hand control, pressure forward, you know, the stuff the coaches are always yelling… (one day options available)
*** On Mondays, a free Open Mat will follow the instruction for wrestlers that want to get a little extra work in or to partner up and wrestle some live. On Wednesdays the class will be 15 minutes longer to include live situational wrestling.
